Blessings Mission Statement: 

to support the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of persons with disabilities and their families from the point of diagnosis through the life of the individual.

Sunday Morning Opportunities:

• Blessings Class:  This is a self-contained classroom for individuals who are new to our program.  This gives us the opportunity to get to know you, your family and what your needs are.  This is also a classroom for individuals not able to be fully supported in inclusive morning programs.  This class is during our 10:30 service.  We encourage you to contact us prior to your attending in order to help us know what you need before you come.  This is not required – just helpful!
• The Buddy Program:  This program pairs a one-on-one assistant with a child with a disability to support their success in inclusive environments.
• Peer Buddy:  This program pairs a typical peer with a child in need of minimal support in inclusive environments.
• Deaf Ministry:  Interpreters are available for the 10:30am service.  They are located to the right of the stage in the worship center.  Click HERE for more details about our Deaf Ministry.

Opportunities Through the Week

• Respite Care Nights:  Respite Nights are the 3rd Friday of each month, September through May.  This is available for children with disabilities and their typical siblings ages 3-13.  Reservations are required for this evening.  
• Support Group:  This group is for parents, grandparents and primary caregivers of individuals with disability.  The group is lead by Malcom and Judy Jackson and meets the third Thursday of each month from 5:30-6:30.  There is no fee for this group.  Childcare is provided for all children WITH an rsvp no later than Monday @ 5pm prior to the group meeting.
