Welcome to Bethany Children's Ministry

We are honored you are interested in how we do ministry with our kids at Bethany. As we looked at our mission as a church, we realized that working with our youngest folks could not be an afterthought. It is a vital part of who we are.

Our Vision

To provide relevant environments and programs where kids love God, love others, and change the world and parents are encouraged and equipped to become the significant spiritual influence in their children’s lives.

Our mission is summed up in one word: LIFE. The letter "L" stands for "love every child." It may sound simple, but we do strive to make every child feel loved and cared for.

The "I" is for "involve families." We firmly believe that those people who have regular contact with thier kids must take a lead role in the child's spiritual development.

The "F" means "focus on the Word." Every child, preschool through fifth grade, studies the same Bible story each Sunday morning. This lesson is based on a monthly Biblical virtue, its definition and a memory verse! This approach allows us to have the greatest impact on the young lives we touch for God.

Finally, the "E" stands for "expect change." God accepts us right where we are, but doesn't expect us to stay there. We want and we expect, changed lives!
