Ways to Give at Bethany…

Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7

Gifts may be placed in the offering during our worship services, mailed directly to the church, or dropped off at the church office. Gifts may also be given through an automatic bank check or by automatic withdrawal.

Use of Envelopes: We encourage you to request and use envelopes assigned to you for two reasons. One, it is a way the church can track your giving for you and issue a statement of giving at tax time. Two, using an envelope will remind you of your personal commitment as you decide what you should give. If you don’t have envelopes already use the sign-up sheet at the Welcome Center and you can have them by the next Sunday.

Automatic Bank Check: Most banks provide a service for sending a bank check from your account to a designated recipient. You specify the date and amount and the bank mails a check. This can also be set up for automatic transactions on defined dates. This is also called Bill Pay. Ask your bank for details.

Automatic Withdrawal: This is an automatic withdrawal out of a checking or savings account and is directly deposited into the church checking account. Click here to download a Pymt Authorization.doc.  This withdrawal can be set up for anytime of the month and on a weekly, bi-weekly,or monthly system.
