Welcome to Volunteer Ministries

Welcome to the volunteer ministry web pages of Bethany Christian Church.  Here you will learn to navigate the volunteer pages of the website.  On the home page you notice the side tab, Volunteer Ministries, clicking on that tab has taken you to this page.  On the left side you will see the major sub headings contained in this section of the web site. 

The major sections include:

• Why Serve?  Here you will be greeted with a letter from Senior Pastor, Bob Bell, explaining why our church believes service is essential in your walk with Christ.
• Ministry Consultants:  Here you will meet our volunteers who serve as Ministry Consultants.  You will be introduced to how the volunteer process works and how you can become involved.
• Volunteers In Action:  Here you will see stories and photos of our church volunteers serving the Lord in a variety of ministries.
• Training and Resources:  This section of the web will contain training resources that volunteers can access which may help them in their service.  It will also contain other resources (such as group activities and lesson plans) that volunteers can access.  This section of the website is currently under construction.
• F.A.Q.s and Links.  This section contains frequently asked questions from volunteers and prospective volunteers.  Included in this section will be links to service opportunities outside the church.  For example, how to contact the Christian Center, whom to contact, and the types of service available to you.  This section is currently under construction.

When you click on one of the major sections, you will notice on the left side of the page the included sub sections that are contained within that major section.  On the blue bar you will see Home :> Volunteer Ministries:> and whatever major section you are currently browsing.  To return to the main volunteer ministries, page click on the word (volunteer ministries).  To click on the home page, simply click on the home page.
